  • Aluminum Drip edge along roof edges

  • 30yr Dimensional shingles

  • All doors are double framed and assembled with screws

  • All wall studs, on Premier, and Vinyl Series, or Horizontal siding are 16” O. C.

  • Wall Height 81” = 6’ 9”

  • Roof Pitch: 4/12 pitch
